The EyeCatcher© Cake pans incorporate a unique slide-out base and EyeCatcher© lock to allow cakes and brownies to turn-out with ease!

The cake pans are "Silver Anodised". The anodised surface is characterised by a silver, smooth easy-release, easy clean finish and the aluminium core is effectively "sealed in".

Anodised bakeware is an anodised aluminium alloy which is an extremely efficient heat conductor, resulting in even heat distribution during baking and reduced cooking times. The process of anodising results in the surface never being able to blister or peel.
